    different lives and events have bought them to this moment, but going forward their destinies are linked.

    A spate of graffiti carried out by seemingly unrelated children has afflicted Battlebridge,
    under interrogation one of the children claims to have seen the name Kortis in a dream and felt compelled to write it.
    It would appear that something more sinister lies behide the infantile chalk scribblings...

            PAPER FACES ON PARADE

            Our heroes have discovered some more information about the ancient half-orc warlord Thaddeus Villain
            and have found out that he may be a much darker creature.
            Visiting at the Church of Abraham Watoomb has discovered that his wand and it's four siblings
            may be designed to bring darkness into the world and that they appear to be mirrored
            by five white wands possessed by the Church.

            On their return to the Common Sword inn, Drax is ambushed by a cloaked figure in his room,
            the figure flees, leaping out of a nearby window, without pausing the Dragonborn follows him
            but hits the cobbles hard and blacks out.

            When he recovers the cloaked assassin in nowhere to be seen.

            In the run up to the large House Laskaris ball, a huge lavish affair being held on an estate 10 miles to the north-east of Battlebridge.
            Avaestar, as a noble, has received an invite and plans to take his (suitable attired) friends as his entourage.

                DEEPER AND DOWN
                Our heroes return to Battlebridge fresh from their triumph of the ogres of Mosae,
                they arrive in the bustling trading town to a bit of a commotion.
                In addition to the manhunt for their previous comrade Ordious Mawlin,
                subsidence due to the swamp ground has caused one of Battlebridge's streets
                to collapse revealing caverns and old tunnels running below the town.

                  Episode 8 of the 3Brothers D&D 5E campaign.

                  Date: 10th Freetrade 100AF

                  Our heroes continue to investigate the mysterious poisoning of the stranger near the Common Sword
                  believing it to be linked to the assailant who broke into Drax's quarters,
                  it may also have some connection with Watoomb's strange wand.

                  Meanwhile Avaestar wakes up in the Common Sword with a raging hangover
                  and it takes him a moment to realise that he fell asleep somewhere else,
                  and that there is a piece of parchment pinned to the back of his door with a dagger.
